Scott MacFarlane is a Senior Sales Associate with the Capital Markets group of JLL in Ottawa, Ontario. The focus of his practice is providing transaction and advisory services to CRE investor clients in the Greater Ottawa Area. In this capacity, he has demonstrated a track record of successful acquisition and disposition assignments for CRE investor clients in the GOA investment community. Scott’s clients benefit from his experience, extensive network and market insight.
Scott began his career in real estate with a leading commercial real estate firm in 2007. During the first five years there, Scott worked on an array of assignments including tenant relocations, early lease renewals and lease terminations with a client list that included both public and private technology companies, media agencies, accounting firms, not-for-profit organizations and government associations. In addition, Scott has worked with institutional and private landlords on leasing assignments for office, industrial and retail properties. In this capacity, he developed customized research services incorporating extensive economic, demographic and financial analysis for his clients.
Previous to his career in real estate, Scott worked for a private MRI clinic managing business development and sales in the Ottawa area for the clinic’s diagnostic services where he consistently lead the office in territory sales.
