François Létourneau is a valuable member of JLL Montreal's Tenant Representation Group. François's role on the team is to provide transaction management services to local clients. Throughout his evolution within the team, he has maintained the accountability for all matters relating to financial analysis, market research and data analytics. As a young broker, he is also responsible for building long-term relationships with new clients and suppliers. His skillset and understanding of the tenant representation process also allow him to assist in the team's operations by providing insights to its Practice Lead and three support staff members.
François has five years of experience in tenant representation with knowledge in negotiating and analyzing office leasing transactions across Canada. He has been involved in providing support on over 200 office leasing transactions in the Montréal and Québec City markets. His strong academic background in finance and law allows him to provide clients and colleagues with accurate qualitative and quantitative recommendations. François is a forward thinker who uses market data and analytics to identify opportunities, forecast trends and ultimately, create strategic leasing transactions.
Education and Affiliations
François holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business with a major in finance and a minor in economics. He has also passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program level 1 exam. In addition to his studies in business, he has completed thirteen law classes at the University of Sherbrooke.
The tenant representation team is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations. Specifically, volunteering and providing financial support to the Old Brewery Mission. The team has also been one of the largest participants and fundraisers at the Games for Hope in 2016 and 2017 and is actively involved in the Breakfast Club of Canada.
