Trent joined JLL in the fall of 2015 as a Research Associate for the Downtown TRG. During his research time at JLL, he helped procure and assess statistical data and information to address the real estate needs of downtown office tenants. Furthermore, Trent created quarterly market reports that overviewed the market conditions for downtown Calgary office space. Beginning in 2016, Trent transitioned to an Associate role specializing in Suburban & Beltline office leasing and sales and found immediate success. He is currently licensed and accredited to practice in commercial real estate in Alberta.
Education and Affiliations
Following high school, Trent attended The University of Saskatchewan on an athletic scholarship and spent four years as a member of the U of S Huskies football team. Trent graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelors of Arts degree, Major in Economics. During his time at SFU, he was an active member of several university societies and maintained community involvement through volunteering at the British Columbia SPCA and also coaching local football. Currently, Trent volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society and helps coach Calgary youth football when time permits. Trent also completed the CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and speaks fluent Spanish.
