Jonathan Jassebi is a Sales Associate on the JLL Industrial Properties Team in Vancouver, focusing on sales, tenant representation and agency leasing.
In addition to developing an in-depth knowledge of local industrial market trends, buildings, users and landlords, Jonathan has focused on cultivating client relationships based on accountability, dedication and trust.
Jonathan's persistent market canvassing and business development activities have allowed him to proactively identify potential tenants, purchasers, vendors and opportunities. He has acquired significant experience working with corporate real estate executives and local business owners alike.
Prior to joining JLL, Jonathan gained over seven years of experience in business-to-consumer sales and marketing. Looking to leverage his skills developed with Royal LePage Sussex and as a business owner, Jonathan brings a unique perspective to business, while maintaining a willingness to learn and a passion to succeed.
Jonathan is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a graduate from the Professional Real Estate program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
