Kevin Lavigne is an Vice-President within the Tenant Advantage Team of JLL in Montreal. Mr. Lavignes role on the team is to grow our business by identifying opportunities for existing customers and new clients. Mr. Lavigne is part of a team of six brokers with complimentary skill sets that work together on a permanent and structured basis. There is no internal competition and our team culture encourages collaboration and guarantees the best competency and expertise for each assignment. His goal is to leverage the teams local market relationships and experience with the firms international platform to bring resources, best practices and value to our clients. Mr. Lavigne has seven years of commercial real estate experience in Montreal. He has an extensive amount of experience in customer development, retention, strategic planning, project execution and negotiations.
Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Mr. Lavigne worked in telecommunication sales for 10 years as Account Director for AT&T Canada, Allstream and Rogers Communications. He then worked with Devencore for two years as a tenant representation specialist for the downtown and suburban Montreal office leasing markets before joining the Jones Lang LaSalle team. He was awarded 8 Presidents Club awards throughout his telecommunication career and was recognized as a leader for developing a new market for Rogers Communication and creating a new revenue stream for the company.
Mr. Lavigne holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from UQAM and he is a licenced Real Estate Broker in the Province of Quebec. In December of each year, Mr. Lavigne and his JLL Tenant advantage teammates make a financial contribution on behalf of their clients to the Old Brewery Mission and serve over 300 hot meals to the homeless. He is also a member of the board of the Fondation les petits trsors.
