Frdric Seigneur is Associate Vice-President within the Tenant Representation Group at JLL in Montreal. He is responsible for servicing corporate accounts and providing transaction support on local market files. Always putting forth his strong sense of integrity and attention to detail, Mr. Seigneur works in a spirit of collaboration with clients to provide them the best advice and make sure their goals are achieved.
With over 12 years experience in the field of commercial real estate in Quebec, Mr. Seigneur has acquired a rich and diversified experience. He worked on the sale of office buildings and shopping centers, as a representative of the office tenants and retailers, as well as representing owners in the Province of Quebec and Ontario. His extensive experience gives him a competitive advantage in understanding the needs of the various stakeholders involved in a leasing transaction. Before becoming a commercial real estate broker, he worked for three years in the venture capital field in France.
Mr. Seigneur began his real estate career in 2006 at JLL as a financial analyst in the Capital Markets Group. He subsequently has worked as an real estate broker for Avison Young, where he had the mandate to represent in Quebec noteworthy companies such as KPMG, Royal Sun Insurance Group (RSA) and Res Publica Consulting Group, and was named "Rookie of the Year" 2011. The award recognized his outstanding contributions among its peers throughout North America. Before joining Tenant Representation Group at JLL, Mr. Seigneur served as leasing Vice-President for BTB Real Estate Investment Trust where he was responsible, with his staff, of all the buildings managed by BTB representing more than 5 million S.F. of office buildings, industrial and retail sales, both in Quebec and in Ontario.
