Bernard Lawrence is a Vice President of the Tenant Advantage Team of JLL in Montreal. Mr. Lawrences team consists of six brokers with complementary skill sets that work together on a permanent and structured basis. This unique team model ensures clients receive the ultimate level of service by drawing on nearly 60 years of combined commercial real estate experience. The team completed over 100 transactions for approximately 1 million square feet of office space in 2014-2015 alone.

Mr. Lawrence has over 20 years of experience in business to business sales, territory development and management. He has been working in the commercial real estate industry for the last 10 years and has executed over 200 assignments in this short period. Recent clients include: Adecco, Bombardier Transport, The Consulate General of the Peoples Republic of China, Covidien, Federated Insurance Company of Canada (division of Fairfax Financial), HP Canada, MTS Allstream, Netricom, Rogers, the World Anti-Doping Agency, CIMA+, and Laurentian Bank of Canada.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Lawrence was a key player on a successful tenant representation team for a large commercial real estate broker. He was named Vice-President after only 5 years of tenure. Mr. Lawrences equally strong business development and analytical skills were instrumental in the teams success.
Mr. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa with majors in finance and marketing and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the province of Quebec. Mr. Lawrences love of travel drove him to study abroad in 1996 where he attended the renowned Ecole Suprieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in Paris. Mr. Lawrence has travelled the world extensively having backpacked in Peru, the Yukon and many countries in Europe and the Middle East.
Mr. Lawrence is also actively involved in his community having been a volunteer swim coach for children with special needs, a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and team lead for his companys involvement at Games for Hope which raised over $300,000 for various charitable organizations in 2015.
