Todd Martin is the Vice President, advisor and a member of the Industrial practice group at JLL. Todd largely represents tenants & occupants with industrial needs within the manufacturing and logistics & distribution verticals. Specializing in the industrial vertical, Todd has developed a strong knowledge of logistics and its impact on distribution centers as well as building sustainability within the manufacturing field.
Todd regularly involves himself in distribution needs and has strong local market knowledge of on and off market product. He is proud to be a member of the JLL Industrial team and the JLL Supply Chain & Logistics Group and works alongside his colleagues to provide unique real estate solutions.

Todd has represented global and National clients such as Schindler Elevator, Kruger Inc. and Kirchhoff Van-Rob in their sale and lease transactions.
His most recent experiences includes lease and sale acquisition and disposition assignments, design build development and strategic occupancy planning. Throughout his career, Todd has excelled in new business development and maintaining loyal partnerships with his clients.
Prior to joining JLL, Todd was a Sales Representative with Colliers International, a leading national brokerage firm. Prior to joining Colliers, Todd worked as a National Account Manager in the information technology management field for a large multi-national corporation.
Todds 12 years of national sales experience has helped him gain a breadth and depth of knowledge that continues to support his success in commercial real estate. Among his strengths, Todd would count a unique insight into the supply chain sector, logistics, and an elevated knowledge on inventory product knowledge, including off-market opportunities.
